Ok. Now that I’m on a forced taper, I’m really noticing how much time I’ve spent training the last few months. I feel like I have so much extra spare time.

I’ve been trying to keep moving, but to be honest it’s been a bit half arsed… hip circles, planks and pushups just aren’t as exciting as they used to be. The only thing I’m doing with gusto is eating and sleeping. And boy, there has been a LOT of eating and sleeping this week!

I’m such a lazy git!
